Playing Background:
Simon is an English Football Association (soccer) trained
coach. He played soccer for his school, city and county
as a youth player and in the semi-pro Western League
as a senior player. Mr. Whitehead is an English Football
Association trained coach. Most of the 28 years of his
soccer coaching career has been spent in the United
States. Simon also coached college soccer in Washington
State, and high school and youth soccer in Iowa and
Minnesota.
