Register early! As a courtesy to our students and teachers, classes that do not meet minimum registration requirements will be cancelled three business days before the class begins. If this occurs you will be contacted as soon as possible and rescheduled, or your tuition will be refunded in full.

Although most classes run, we reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.

24-hour Cancellation/Change Line (press 2).
Please include your name, phone number, and course number.

Adult Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes in your class schedule are allowed without a penalty up to 1 week before your class begins.
• Cancellations or changes within 1 week prior to the start of your class will be assessed a $10.00 fee and any applicable supply/food fee and you will be issued a credit slip.
• No refunds or credit slips will be given on or after the 1st day of class.

TECH - COMPUTER CLASS Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your registration you must call 1 week before the class begins to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Cancellations or change within 1 week prior to the start of your class will be assessed a $10.00 fee and you will be issued a credit slip.
• No refunds or credit slips will be given on or after the 1st day of class.

BODY - FITNESS CLASS Cancellation/Changes Policy

• Effective August 1, 2011. We no longer offer the option of Prorating your Fitness Class.
  If you miss a fitness class(es) during the session, you may attend any Body-Fitness class as a make-up for FREE. See the Fitness Class Schedule here.
• Cancellations or changes in your class schedule are allowed without a penalty up to 1 week before your class begins.
  
• Cancellations or changes within 1 week prior to the start of your class will be assessed a $10.00 fee and you will be issued a credit slip.
  
• No refunds or credit slips will be given on or after the 1st day of class.

FOOD CLASS Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your registration, you must call 1 week prior to the class; or food fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Cancellations or changes within 1 week prior to the start of your class will be assessed a $10 fee and any applicable food fee and you will be issued a credit slip.
• No refunds or credit slips will be given on or after the 1st day of class.

Weather Related Cancellations

Most Center for Adult Education classes are held in school buildings. If the school district closes early due to bad weather, this affects all school related events, including Center for Adult Education classes. Rescheduling and/or refunds will be determined on a class by class basis.
