Edina Public Schools Budget Suggestions Form

Thank you for your willingness to share your thoughts on how the District can best manage its funding shortage. Please list your ideas for revenue enhancement or budget reduction below. All suggestions that meet the BRRRG criteria (see below) will be considered and shared with the community on a feedback page. The District will update this page as new suggestions come in.

You can also mail your comment to Edina Public Schools, 5701 Normandale Rd., Edina, MN 55424, Attn: Doug Johnson.

The District will accept suggestions until Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009.

THE BRRRG Criteria
All suggestions must adhere to the following to be considered:

• Comply with state and federal mandates and laws
• Be legal and consistent with school district policy
• Ensures that equal access to programs and services is provided
• Be sustainable over time
• Have no impact on the following
  • Bus services to/from school
  • Student calendar days
  • EHS graduation requirements
