Summer is the ideal time to explore your interests in depth and build your credentials for the college application process. Students will learn about the resources available to help search for summer programs. Other Edina students will also share their experiences with specific programs.
Engineering 101

Paul Strykowski, Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs in the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota, will explain the differences between studying science and engineering. He will also explain the different types of engineering and what high school students need to do to prepare for these fields.
