Get Connected Day is Wednesday, August 17, between 10:00 and 6:00

Basic Information

• Please bring your students to pick up their schedule, find their lockers and have their school pictures taken. You will also be able to purchase locks for the lockers at a cost of $5.00. All students must purchase their locks from Valley View for ongoing safety and maintenance. At that time you will also pick up new and improved computer generated Health and Enrollment forms for you to review and return to the office with changes or with additional information. (Your name and address will already be printed on them).
• All the rest of the forms that you will need can be printed from the lists below. Please fill out the forms and bring them with you to Get Connected Day. (Baskets will be available near the office). Bolded and starred items require a check. Please make out a separate payment for each item.
• Materials that are not picked up on Aug 17, will not be mailed home but will be available at the Valley View Office during business hours between 8:00-3:30, Monday through Friday, Aug 18-Sept 2. Schedules will not be available prior to Aug.17
